In order to protect and keep your product in use for a long time:
Avoid using metal tools. Do not use metal dish utensils or granulated dish soap. Use liquid and cream detergent. Staining and abrasion of your product is normal after long-term use. These will not alter the effectiveness of your product. Wipe down your kitchen product with a lightly oiled cloth before first use. Hand washing the product is recommended although the product is dishwasher safe. If something burns in the product; fill the product with water and leave it for a few hours. Use only plastic and wooden kitchen utensils. Never use metal with your product.
Do not allow your product to heat empty for too long as this may adversely affect the product's color and PTFE coating. Do not expose your product to sudden temperature changes.
